As you "walk" into the path's design take time to think about what you eat each day – what 'foods' do you eat to fill your spirit on a daily basis? When you reach the center of the design take time to reflect – can the 'foods' you eat to fill your spirit be enhanced in some way - how - what are all the possibilities? As you “walk” back out of the design think – what small actions can I begin doing to improve the spiritual nourishment I receive from the "foods" I eat on a daily basis?
