We both see individuals and couples in-person and through teletherapy within the State of Illinois. strives to offer Affordable Self-pay Rates.
While insurance policies can reduce fees significantly and sometimes even to zero. We also recognize some individuals prefer to pay for services out of pocket. The Center to Awaken Kindness, division of Penny & Bill Company offers affordable self-pay rates for our services in the event you do not desire to use your insurance benefits for therapy.
Self-Pay Rates
Our affordable self-pay rates are noted below. We also accept a number of insurances that may help to offset cost and we can arrange for a sliding scale in certain situations.
$210 Initial Session, includes an
Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessment (60-90 minutes)
$165 Individual Therapy Session (60 minutes)
$180 Couples/Family Therapy Session (60 minutes)
The rates are the same for both on-ground therapy and teletherapy video conferencing sessions (HIPAA compliant telehealth is provided through Sessions from Psychology Today).
Group Fees
Our affordable group fees are noted below. We also accept a number of insurances that may help to offset cost and we can arrange for a sliding scale in certain situations.
