LIFE CHANGES Online Educational Courses explore life topics that minimize well-being. Each course provides you a pathway toward renewal through clinical and theological foundations as well as historic meditative practices such as Lectio Divina (reading the sacred in text), Musica Divina (hearing the sacred in music), Visio Divina (seeing the sacred in art), and Labyrinth Walking (walking with the sacred).
Each LIFE CHANGES course is a 56 day (8 week), self-paced experience that is 100% online. Each course offers a number of educational activities designed specially for you including videos, audio files, readings, worksheets, and creative artistic expression. Registration is always open. All courses are $120 per participant. Limited scholarships are available.
