The Penny and Bill Company is a faith-based online educational learning corporation with a progressive theological voice focused on providing spiritual educational opportunities. Following their calling to help people to grow in faith, transform, and to thrive spiritually, and as spiritual educators grounded in an expansive theological and social work progeny, the Rev Dr Penny L Taylor LCSW and the Rev Dr Bill Ressl LCSW, known as the Doctors of the Soul, oversee the Company to offer cutting-edge content and self-care products offering messages of hope. Quality content is developed to help people transform on the journey of life.

In acknowledgment of their physical location near Chicago, Penny and Bill adopted the affectionate nickname "DaRevsUSA" - "da" as in "the" - Revs as in Reverends - and USA, well that is where they live.
