Labyrinths have been used for eons as a meditative calming tool to rethink life. Finger labyrinths make it possible for you to “walk” the labyrinth using your finger to trace the design. As you "walk" into the path's design take time to think about your current reality – what does your current rat race look like? When you reach the center of the design take time to reflect – what do you want your rat race to look like? As you “walk” back out of the design think – what small actions can I do to move toward the rat race of your design?
