HAPPY #JustBecauseDay and welcome to our new blog! We've been working to update our web presence - and today, just because, we decided to get our our "COVID-19 - Some ideas that have helped us" page up and running on our website.
There is no question COVID-19 has and continues to stress us all in many different ways. So do we let COVID-19 take us down into anxiety, meaninglessness, guilt/condemnation, and despair? Or is there a different way?
We know there is a different way and it begins taking a deep breathe and then doing some prayer-filled mindfulness. Prayer-filled mindfulness is a bit different than other forms of mindfulness in that it not only calms but invites a call to renewed action - living life anew. And as it is #JustBecauseDay we invite you to take a few minutes and explore our COVID-19 prayer-filled mindful activities that includes scripture, prayer, walking a labyrinth, and celebrating the arts.
